We are seeking a Senior Property Accountant who can hit the ground running and maintain the accounting for several properties.
These are residential, multi-family properties both affordable and convential.
One property is completing a major capital improvement, involving preparation of draws from the lender.
**Yardi Voyager is the accounting program we run on. Having knowlegde and experience using this is a huge plus**
This job requires monthly operating statement prep, and review. Review bank recs, review of A/P before check writing and disbursement, etc.
There is atleast 1 new budget for the new year, that needs to be worked on and prepared.
This is starting as a Temporary assignment, (with an opportunity to go perm, maybe)
